Galvanized steel frames for Costa Rica and abroad

Light-gauge galvanized steel frames cut to your plans, supplied from Guanacaste for your build in Costa Rica or shipped abroad.

We make light-gauge galvanized steel frames for houses, from walls and floors to roof trusses, cut to your plans.

The frames come from our own steel facility. Each piece is calculated from your drawings, cut to length and pre-punched for screws, plumbing and wiring, so the frame goes up with little cutting on site.

Buy the frame on its own for your builder, or have us build the whole house. We also ship frames outside Costa Rica.

How ordering works

  1. 1. Send your plans

PDF or CAD drawings and the site location, by WhatsApp or email. No plans yet? Our architect can draw them.

We calculate every member from your drawings and list the exact steel the frame needs.

  3. 3. Quote

A fixed price for the frame, plus delivery in Costa Rica or international freight.

  4. 4. Production

Pieces are cut, punched and labelled at our steel facility.

  5. 5. Delivery and assembly

We deliver to your lot or ship it. Your crew assembles from the drawings, or we build it for you.

Why builders choose galvanized steel framing in Costa Rica

Made to measure. Pieces arrive cut and pre-punched for your project, which means less cutting, less waste and less labor on site.

Built for the coast. The galvanized coating protects the steel from rust in salt air. Steel does not rot and termites do not eat it.

Light and strong. A light frame puts less load on the foundation, which helps on hillside lots and upper floors.

Honest comparison. We build in concrete, hybrid and steel. If concrete suits your lot better, we will tell you.

Galvanized steel frame questions

Do you sell galvanized steel frames without building the house?

Yes. We supply frames to owners, builders and developers for their own projects, and we also build with them ourselves. Send your plans and we quote the frame on its own.

Can you ship steel frames outside Costa Rica?

Yes. We ship internationally. Send your plans and the delivery address and we quote the frame and the freight together.

What do I need to send for a quote?

Architectural plans (PDF or CAD), the project location, and any structural drawings you already have. If you only have a concept, our architect can develop the plans first.

Why galvanized steel near the ocean?

The zinc coating protects the steel from rust, which matters in the salt air of Guanacaste and other coastal areas. We detail every connection so the coating is not cut on site.

Is a steel frame house cheaper than concrete in Costa Rica?

It depends on the design and the lot. We build in concrete, hybrid and steel, and price the systems side by side for your project before you choose. See our construction systems page.

Are the frames made for my exact plans?

Yes. Every piece is calculated and cut for your project, with the holes for screws, pipes and wiring placed in advance, so the frame goes up with little cutting on site.
