Every project starts with the land: a site visit, the survey and soil study, and the water letter. Our CFIA-licensed architect designs the home, and our crews build it in concrete, hybrid or steel, whichever suits the lot.

Our finished projects include homes in Altos de Flamingo, Punta Islita, Manuel Antonio and Uvita, and a full renovation in Escazú. We build anywhere in the country.
What construction systems have you used?
We build in concrete, hybrid and steel, and choose the system for each lot. Casa de Acero, for example, combines steel and concrete.
