Yes. We can take a project from the land check and design through permits, construction, furnishing and handover, or join for one stage.
Can I hire you for just the design or just the permits?
Yes. Architectural design, permits and water letters, and land consulting are each available on their own.
What is the minimum project size?
Our projects start at $350,000. That covers custom homes, larger renovations and developments.
Do you build outside Guanacaste?
Yes. Our showroom is in Playa Flamingo, and we build anywhere in Costa Rica, from the Pacific coast to the Caribbean and the Central Valley.
