One team handles the whole project: finding and checking the land, architecture and engineering, permits with the CFIA and the municipality, construction and handover. You deal with one company and one contract.
We build in concrete, hybrid and steel. Our minimum project budget is $350,000 USD.

How a project runs
1. Land
We find or check the land: title, survey plan, zoning, water letter, access, slope and soil.
2. Purchase
Your lawyer and a notary close the purchase; we confirm the site can be built as planned.
3. Design
Our architect and engineers design the project and prepare the construction plans.
4. Permits
Plans registered with the CFIA, then the municipal building permit and insurance. See permits and water letters.
5. Construction
Built with milestone payments, inspections and regular updates, most homes in 5 to 8 months on site.
6. Handover
Walk-through, punch list, warranties and utilities in your name. Ready to live in, rent or sell.

Can you find land for a development in Costa Rica?
Yes. We source land for larger developments, working directly with landowners through a large network across Costa Rica, and we check title, zoning, water and access before anything is signed.
Do you build multi-unit and commercial projects?
Yes. We build multi-unit residential, commercial and mixed-use projects as well as single custom homes. Casa Dos Hermanas, a 900 m² multi-unit building in Altos de Flamingo, is one example.
What is the minimum project budget?
Our minimum project budget is $350,000 USD.
How long does construction take?
Most of our homes take 5 to 8 months on site, after design, plans and permits. Larger developments take longer and are scheduled phase by phase.
Is financing available?
Financing is available through a third-party lending partner for qualified clients.
